Currently, the form SPICE is required to be filed for incorporation of a company with MCA. A new linked eForm AGILE has been introduced by MCA with effect from 31st march 2019, through which an applicant registering company can apply for GST Registration, ESI Registration and EPF Registration alongwith with company registration in Spice Form.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective dates for applying registrations through e-from AGILE.<br> 1. GSTIN:  31<sup>st<\/sup> March 2019 <br> 2. EPFO: 8<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2019  <br> 3. ESIC: 15<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2019 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n<!-- Responsive -->\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1342353761876472\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"6368710265\"\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> The New Form AGILE is  a linked &amp; mandatory form with spice form, and both forms will be uploaded together. <\/li><li> It is not mandatory to take these registrations at the time of incorporation of company. The Form is mandatory Form but taking theses registrations is completely optional at the time of incorporation of the company.  <\/li><li> The eForm AGILE is also Known as Form INC-35. <\/li><li> Any or all of the 3 Registrations can be taken through this form.
