1. Copy of the show Cause notice received by the ROC under section 248 of the Companies Act for striking off the name of the company.<\/p>\n
2. If the company has replied to the show cause notice within time period then copy of that reply allongwith proof of submission.<\/p>\n
3. If the company has filed the Copy of balance sheets, statement of accounts, annual returns with the ROC after receiving notice, then copy of forms and challans.<\/p>\n
4. Copy of last balance sheets, statement of accounts, annual returns, income tax returns available.<\/p>\n
5. Copy of Income tax returns\/vat returns\/excise returns\/service tas returns.<\/p>\n
6. Copies of Import\/export\/custom clearance at the port etc.<\/p>\n
7. Copy of ESI\/PF Returns.<\/p>\n
8. Proof of raw material purchased, machinery purchased etc.<\/p>\n
9. Any other proof of operation or business or turnover.<\/p>\n
10. Any Sale\/purchase Bills, Service Bills.<\/p>\n
11. Bank Statements of the company.<\/p>\n
12. Copy of any sales Orders<\/p>\n
13. Copy of any proceedings\/Complaints\/applications already pending with court or any other adjucating authority.<\/p>\n
